1 Recipe cooked Date Granola
6tbEgg substitute (90 ml)
1/4cFruit juice - peach, white grape, apple, or orange (59 ml)
1/2tsGround cinnamon (2.5 ml)
1dsGround nutmeg
1tbMargarine, melted (15 g)
  Butter-flavored cooking spray

Packed with flavor, these bars are satisfying, healthy, and quick to make. Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Combine all ingredients; pat into a 9-inch (23 cm square nonstick baking pan lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Press down firmly. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cut into 2-inch (5 cm) squares. Cool.
